Refund policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are handmade and processed in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 5-12 business days. During sales, holidays, or large product launches, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been fulfilled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with the exception of the European Union. Due to recent GSRP (General Safety and Regulatory Product) restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to EU countries at this time.

International shipping times vary by location and may take several weeks. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost.

My package says delivered, but I did not receive it.

Once the item has been shipped & accepted by the carrier, it is out of my control. The buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. (This includes reaching out to your local postal office.)

Please also check with neighbors or household members to see if the package was received on your behalf.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase on regular orders. After that time, your order will already be in production and cannot be modified.

Please double-check your order and shipping address before completing your purchase. Custom or pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine shipping?

If your orders have not yet shipped, we will do our best to combine them and refund excess shipping if applicable. Please email us as soon as possible with all order numbers. We cannot guarantee combined shipping, especially during peak sale times.

What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
