Your purchase will ship via the United States Postal Service (*USPS) First Class, Priority, or Global Post mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of content & the rates via stamps.com. All orders over $50 usd will include insurance.
Orders are packed Monday-Friday and dropped or picked up from Stuart, FL. Orders placed on Sundays and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped to the address used at the time of checkout. If you have provided the incorrect address and email before shipping, I will cancel your order so the correct mailing address can be used. If USPS cannot confirm your address, the arrival could be delayed. A change of address may incur an additional charge as this takes more time to process your order.
Please double-check your address before placing your order! If an order is marked undelivered as addressed or returned to sender, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Currently, I do not combine orders; this allows for errors with orders and slows down workflow. To ensure that your order is perfect and timely, this is what best works for my shop.
PLEASE NOTE: I pack each order by hand to avoid any potential damages in shipping. Should your purchase not arrive in perfect condition, I am not responsible for damages or lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped & accepted by the carrier, it is out of my control. The buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. (This includes reaching out to your local postal office.) If a package has not arrived by the estimated arrival and is past the USPS departure scan date by 45 business days US or 60 days (INT) buyer needs to make all necessary attempts to locate the shipment with USPS. The seller may agree (on a case-by-case basis) to send a second package. Due to COVID-19, the times for missing or delayed shipments have been extended to 90 days US and 180 days INT.
FAQ: My package has stalled/stopped moving while in transit.
If your package is not over the amount of time listed above, you may be able to get your package moving by requesting 'email and text updates' from the USPS website tracking page. In most cases, this is the best way to get them tracking again. Please email me and let me know you have taken this action so I can request updates. You can find this by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping email and under 'Text & Email Updates' on the tracking screen on the USPS website.
