Order Processing & Shipping
When will my order ship?
- Our current processing time is 5–12 business days. Please check your receipt for your specific estimate, as it may vary during busy seasons or special events.
- Orders processed through an authorized retailer using discounted local carrier rates may require additional delivery time.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your package ships. To ensure you receive it, please add help@laurenphelpsdesigns.com to your safe-sender list.
When will I receive an order confirmation?
- Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout.
- First-time customers: please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your confirmation right away.
- Add our email to your address book so future updates aren’t missed.
- You can always view your order status 24/7 by visiting the My Account section on our website.
It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received shipment tracking.

- If you still don’t see an update, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout and we’ll look into it for you.
- Please note: overall delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current service times.
Custom Requests & Product Issues
Can I make a custom request for an item?
At this time, we are not accepting custom product requests. We encourage you to keep an eye on new releases and collections, as many designs are inspired by community feedback.
My order arrived and there’s a problem.
- Please email us with:
- your order number,
- the email address used to place the order, and
- clear photos of the issue.
- If an item with a discount of more than 50% was missed in packing, we will issue a refund for that item instead of a reshipment.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
I ordered the wrong item. Can I change my order?
- Email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you intended to order.
- Swaps are only possible if your order has not yet entered processing or packing.
- Digital items are not eligible for swaps or edits once purchased.
Can I cancel my order?
- Because most items are made to order, all sales are final.
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Digital items, pre-sale items, and sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
- If a sale code was not applied at checkout during a promotion, the order cannot be canceled or refunded solely to reapply a discount code.
Unless it’s an error on our part, items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Any refund exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Art Sources & Design Transparency
How is your artwork created?
Lauren Phelps Designs is committed to honesty and clarity in how our artwork is produced. Our product catalog includes:
- Original hand-painted and hand-drawn artwork
- Licensed artwork from independent creators
- A limited number of AI-assisted designs, used thoughtfully and always disclosed when included
- Non-art products such as covers, notebooks, pouches, pencil boards, and washi tapes, which contain no AI-generated elements
AI-assisted pieces represent only a small portion of our catalog and are carefully edited to ensure quality, cohesion, and stylistic consistency. We respect the ongoing conversation in the creative community and will continue to be transparent about how our products are made.
