When will my order ship?

  • Currently we have a 5–12 day turnaround time (check your receipt for your specific estimate).

  • Orders processed through an authorized retailer at discounted local carrier rates may take additional delivery time.

  • You’ll receive a shipping email when your package ships. Add help@laurenphelpsdesigns.com to your safe-sender list.

When will I receive an order confirmation?

  • First-time customers, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • Add our email to your address book so you don’t miss future updates.

  • You can always view order progress 24/7 by visiting My Account on our website.

It’s been over two weeks and I didn’t receive shipment tracking:

  • Please check your spam/junk folders.

  • Still don’t see it? Email us your purchase email and order number—we’ll track your order for you.

  • Please note: delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and the carrier.

Can I make a custom request for an item?
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting custom product requests.

My order arrived and there’s a problem:

  • Email your order number, the email you used to place it, and clear photos of the issue.

  • If the item was discounted more than 50% and was missed in packing, we’ll issue a refund instead of a reshipment.

I ordered the wrong item…

  • Let us know with your order number and what you intended to order.

  • Swaps are allowed only if your order has not yet entered processing or packing.

  • Digital items are not eligible for swaps.

Can I cancel my order?

  • All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Digital items, pre-sale, and sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.

  • If a sale code was not applied at checkout during a sale, the order cannot be canceled or refunded just to reapply the code.

Unless it’s an error on our part, items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Any refund exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
