Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority mail, depending on the weight of your package, after receipt of payment, unless you have elected to ship via a faster method. This does NOT include insurance.

Orders are packed Monday-Friday only. Orders are dropped or picked up from Port Salerno, FL on Mondays & Fridays ONLY. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

All orders will be shipped to the address that is provided. If you have provided the incorrect address and email prior to shipping, your order will be cancelled so you can adjust your mailing address. If USPS cannot confirm your address, receipt of your order could be delayed. A change of address may incur an additional charge as this takes more time with processing your order. PLEASE double check your address before placing your order! If an order is marked undelivered as address or returned to sender, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

At this time I do not combine orders, this is because it allows for errors with orders and slows down work flow. In order to insure that your order is perfect and timely, this is what best works for my shop.

If an item is discounted more than 50% and missed in packing, a refund will be given in place of a new shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: I pack each order by hand to avoid any potential damages in shipping. Should something happen, I am not responsible for damages, lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped & been accepted by the carrier, it is out of my control. Buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. (This includes reaching out to your local postal office.)

If a package has not arrived 45 business days past (US) or 60 days (INT) the USPS departure scan date & buyer has made documented personal attempts to locate shipment with USPS, (on a case by case basis) seller may agree to send a second package. Due to COVID 19 these times are extended to 90 days US and 180 days INT.

My Package has stalled/stopped moving while in transit.
My best suggestion for this situation if your package is not over the amount of time to claim as missing mail, please request ’email and text updates’ from the USPS website tracking page. This is the best way to get them tracking again in most cases. Email me and let me know & I will do so as well . You can find this by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping email and under ‘Text & Email Updates’ in the tracking screen on the USPS website.
